In addition to hosting workshops and monthly luncheons, one of the most important and impactful initiatives of the AMA are the big events with top marketing executives. The “She Suite” was one of these events, featuring successful C-Level female executives in the triangle area.  Our project consisted in the creation of a promotional event video with short interviews and testimonials with some of the She-Suite speakers to create buzz and excitement for the event. 

In order to facilitate the production of our promo event video, we were able to schedule and film most of the speakers in one single location at the Research Triangle Park.  While the group of event organizers and keynote speakers discussed details of the upcoming event we filmed them in a very organic way.  We decided to give this portion of the video a monochrome look (black and white) for a more contemporary feel.  We also filmed short interviews of the women keeping the meeting table in the background.  We liked the idea of using the depth of field to our advantage.  We later shot one additional interview at the IBM campus also located in RTP.

It was important for this video to showcase a “glimpse” of the insights the women planned to share during the event in order to capture potential participants’ attention and generate interest for enrollment.  We also had to communicate event details and have a clear call to action.  The video launched and was very well received, leading to a well attended and successful event.
